Responsibilities

Assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating strategies to reach Annual Fund goals

Oversee the production schedule and workflow for all Annual Giving appeals to ensure projects stay on schedule and on deadline

Assist and support the execution of day-to-day annual giving operations, including producing and drafting segmented mailings, email appeals, and digital campaigns

Partner with the engagement team to recruit and support senior and alumni class agents, including volunteer recruitment, committee formation, and goal setting

Manage the development of Mailchimp email campaigns, including building, editing, testing, and managing approval workflows

Create volunteer resources, including training materials, toolkits, scripts, call lists, and follow-up communications

Work with Advancement Services to segment donor lists, prepare reports, and ensure accuracy of constituent data

Perform other duties as assigned. Some evenings and weekends are required to support school and donor events
