Federal Business Development Manager
Golden Star Technology is focused on expanding its business within the federal sector. The Federal Business Development Manager will drive new business, engage with federal clients, and close deals to support GST's growth strategy in the federal market.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to target federal agencies and meet assigned revenue and margin goals
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the federal market
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in federal agencies, contractors, and partners
Manage a portfolio of federal clients, dealers, distributors, and OEM accounts, ensuring strong communication and alignment
Own the full sales cycle-from prospecting and proposal development to negotiation and contract closure
Collaborate with internal teams to align product and service offerings with customer needs
Submit accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports
Stay up to date on federal procurement processes, contract vehicles, and market trends
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in federal business development, account management, or sales
Strong understanding of federal procurement processes, contracts, and key agency dynamics
Proven ability to generate leads, close business, and meet/exceed sales targets
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Preferred
Experience working with government contractors, OEMs, or value-added resellers (VARs) is a plus
