Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by responding to policyholders and carriers in a timely manner

Inform and educate clients about coverage, exclusions and exposures

Assist in marketing new and renewal business, determine premiums, and prepare proposals

Quote new and renewal business

Process change requests, endorsements, cancellations, issue binders and other related items

Monitor policy expirations

Assist clients with renewal process, reviewing policies for correct coverage

Maintain client files accurately and consistently documenting conversations, and sending confirmations to clients
