Provide exemplary service to customers in a fast paced, travel retail environment
Assist customers through individual consultation and demonstration
Participate in special events and promotions to achieve productivity goals
Recruit new customers by sharing expert knowledge
Uphold the appearance of the product lines on the floor and process inventory
Qualification
Required
Direct experience with various cosmetic, skincare, or fragrance lines is preferred
Strong selling ability
Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays in a rotating schedule
Availability to travel at least once per year for training
Retail and cash handling experience
