Responsibilities

Work closely with the Director of Finance while taking an active role in a variety of full-cycle financial accounting responsibilities such as - journal entries reflecting business transactions, general ledger and bank reconciliations, month-end close, analysis, and reporting

Lean into challenging and rewarding project work while working closely with leaders to identify process improvements that maximize the value of NetSuite and other integrated systems

Contribute to a highly automated, paperless accounting environment that values accuracy, timeliness, and smart use of technology

Required

Experience as a senior accountant

Full-cycle financial accounting responsibilities such as journal entries, general ledger and bank reconciliations, month-end close, analysis, and reporting

Experience in a highly automated, paperless accounting environment

Strong attention to accuracy and timeliness

Ability to work independently without micromanagement

Strong interpersonal skills to work with a team of talented individuals
