Develop, integrate, and test innovative advanced electrified propulsion systems and technologies for future electrified vehicles
Work collaboratively with Ford internal and external teams including Systems Engineering, Software/Controls, Component D&R, and power electronics suppliers
Design and develop components to support innovative advanced electrified propulsion systems
Vehicle breadboard development
Component prototyping
HV/ LV vehicle architecture design
In-vehicle commissioning and troubleshooting for future electrified vehicles
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Experience in developing, integrating, and testing advanced electrified propulsion systems
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams including Systems Engineering, Software/Controls, Component D&R, and power electronics suppliers
Experience in vehicle breadboard development, component prototyping, HV/LV vehicle architecture design, and in-vehicle commissioning and troubleshooting
