They are seeking an Associate for their Loans Enablement Operations team, who will perform client service and transactional support, provide analytics, and participate in product development to ensure efficient processing of transactions.

Financial Services

Responsibilities

Perform routine and non-routine client service and transactional support functions
Provide analytics and reporting services, working to improve and automate transaction processing systems
Advise organizational units/teams to ensure timely delivery of service or resolution of issues
Participate in product development, enhancement, and system testing to ensure accurate and efficient processing of high value transactions

Required

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
Detail oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and execute workload
Familiarity with technical applications to include, but not limited to, Microsoft Office applications
Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business

Preferred

3-5 years of total work experience preferred
Prior hands-on syndicated loan experience, familiarity with loans servicing, ClearPar, and LSTA preferred
Experience in brokerage processing preferred
Prior loan operations experience in a financial service setting preferred
