IT Administrative Coordinator I
TransPak is a family-owned business founded in Silicon Valley in 1952, specializing in packaging solutions. As an IT Administrative Coordinator I, you will manage IT projects and provide administrative support to the IT department while working with a global technology team.

Responsibilities
Manage small & medium sized IT projects. (IT Security, Infrastructure, User Access Management, Help Desk Improvements, etc.)
Work with technician subject matter experts to scope projects, gather requirements, task work, execute projects
Identity & manage risk with projects by communicating necessary stakeholders to ensure
Provide administrative support to IT department (schedule meetings, create project status updates, maintain global software & hardware inventory)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in management, IT, manufacturing, business or related field
2-5 years' experience in Project Management roles
Understanding of Agile/Scrum concepts
Strong project management skills
Personal attributes of positive communicator and people manager, initiative, continuous improvement mindset and efficiency-focus
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
