Responsibilities
Building next generation AI Agents, Tools & services for analyzing Connectivity/Cellular functional & performance issues for future Apple product lines with emphasis on improving the overall user experience in terms of performance
Tackling and resolving complex technical challenges that shape the future of automated analysis of SW bugs from various wireless technologies at Apple using advanced AIML tools
Development of advanced system evaluation and debugging capabilities is required on an as needed basis
Impact iPhone, iPad & Mac user experience worldwide
Qualification
Required
Masters in Computer Science (or related fields) or equivalent experience
Expert in ML frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow), with hands-on experience in building out complete ML pipelines (data, model, implementation, optimization, benchmarking & evaluation)
Hand-on experience using Gen AI, LLMs and ML models to solve real problems at scale
Expertise with advanced Gen AI techniques, such as RAG, Agent Orchestration, Context Management, Prompt Engineering
Proficiency in python scripting for data analysis and visualization & Tools development
Strong understanding in one of WiFi, Bluetooth, Thread or related protocols
Excellent analytical and debugging skills
Effective communication skills, particularly with technical content
Highly organized, creative, self-motivated, and passionate about achieving results
Preferred
PhD in Computer Science (or related fields) or equivalent experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with a technical team
Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex issues and communicate findings effectively
Excellent attention to details with the passion to deliver high-quality work on tight schedule
