Responsibilities
Regional ownership of the B2B Portal & Sales CRM
Driving adoption and improvement of sales tools through close alignment with the sales team
Acting as the strategic counterpart to local sales management for data, analysis, and digital enablement
Providing key input to Global Product Management by collecting regional requirements, prioritizing and ensuring their implementation
Promoting and leading AI usage and AI initiatives in the sales area
Providing 3rd-level support for complex technical issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or 8 years of commensurate experience required
Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience with digital sales enablement expertise with hands-on ownership of B2B portals and CRM systems required
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to generate insights that improve sales performance
Proven stakeholder and change management capability to drive tool adoption across sales teams
Experience leading AI initiatives and integrating AI-driven improvements into sales processes
Ability to provide advanced (3rd-level) functional support and translate business needs into system requirements
Deep understanding of CRM platforms (e.g. SAP C4C, SAP/ERP-integrated CRM) and B2B eCommerce/order-flow systems
Familiarity with sales operations workflows, order-to-cash processes, and commercial performance metrics
Proficiency with analytics and dashboarding tools (Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
Knowledge of automation, digital workflows and data governance
Strong ownership mindset with focus on business impact and revenue enablement
Excellent collaboration and communication skills; able to work daily with sales leadership and join customer visits
Structured, analytical thinker with problem-solving ability and a continuous-improvement mindset
Highly adaptable, proactive and comfortable influencing across functions
