Corporate Wellbeing Intern

Responsibilities

Assist with the design and deployment of surveys to gather Team Member feedback and measure Wellbeing program effectiveness
Analyze data from surveys to identify trends, inform strategy, and support continuous improvement
Manage and update content on the Clayton Wellbeing internally webpage, ensuring timely and relevant communications
Tracking engagement and participation across Wellbeing initiatives to assess impact and reach
Researching Wellness trends, tools, and practices to inform programming and stay ahead of industry developments

Required

Must be a rising junior, senior, or recent graduate of a degree program in Public Health, Nutrition, Wellness, Psychology, Sociology, or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills required
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong interest in wholistic wellbeing
Knowledge of wellbeing concepts
Proficent in Microsoft Office
Collaborative spirit and adaptable

Preferred

Canva experience preferred
Research skills and data analysis a plus
