This role will focus on designing, developing, and optimizing integrations between Salesforce and external systems, with a strong emphasis on API-driven solutions.

Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of integrations between Salesforce and various enterprise systems
Develop, manage, and optimize API-based integrations, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance
Collaborate with technical and functional teams, including project managers, CSMs, and client stakeholders
Provide expertise on Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Field Service integration patterns and best practices
Support ongoing project activities and deliverables through April
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as an Integration Architect or similar role
Strong expertise with Salesforce integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and integration frameworks
Proven background designing scalable API architectures and integration solutions
Ability to work and collaborate during PST business hours
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred
Experience integrating with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) is strongly preferred
