The Intern, Appraisal & Consulting role is a part-time temporary remote internship that provides support to commercial real estate professionals on appraisal and consulting teams, assisting with valuations and preparing appraisal reports for national clients.

Responsibilities

Involved with performing valuations and/or appraisal reviews

Manage workflow to produce on time deliveries

Help execute portfolio valuations and large consulting engagements through implementation of organizational and technical skills

Communication/coordinate with market participants, clients, and co-workers

Review 3rd party appraisal reports

Research property and market information

Analyze subject and comparable data

Develop appraisal and consulting reports and other deliverables

Work independently on projects and also collaborate ‘face to face’ as a team player

Managing processes and procedures

Track the entire workflow process from beginning to end

Other activities as may be assigned by your manager

Required

Working towards a bachelor's degree – preferred fields of study include Real Estate, Accounting, Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience
