Content Lead
Builder.io is pioneering the space between design and development with its Visual Development Platform. The Content Lead will play a crucial role in shaping the company's narrative, collaborating with various teams to produce compelling content that aligns with executive priorities and drives enterprise adoption.

Responsibilities
Work as a thought partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Product, Sales, DevRel, and leadership to shape and refine Builder's core narratives
Develop persona-aware content that speaks to executive, technical, and operator audiences while maintaining a cohesive top-down narrative
Translate complex product and technical capabilities into clear stories that resonate with executives and technical audiences alike
Produce a significant portion of Builder's core content, including website messaging, thought leadership, and executive or field-facing materials
Partner closely with Demand Generation on field events and executive campaigns, ensuring strong narrative consistency from top-of-funnel through sales conversations
Use AI-assisted workflows thoughtfully to increase content velocity, iteration, and narrative consistency without compromising quality
Help define quarterly content themes aligned to product roadmap and go-to-market priorities
Establish and maintain a unified editorial calendar to bring structure and predictability to content delivery
Coordinate internal and external contributors while maintaining ownership for quality, alignment, and delivery
Provide visibility into what content is being produced, why it matters, and when it will be delivered
Partner with DevRel, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to adapt, broadcast, and reinforce Builder's core narratives across social media and other owned channels
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience producing content for B2B SaaS companies, with bonus points for experience in technically complex or developer-focused spaces
A strong understanding of how narrative influences enterprise buying decisions, executive trust, and go-to-market success
Comfort working cross-functionally and synthesizing input from Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Product, Sales, and technical teams
A hands-on approach. You enjoy writing, editing, and shipping content yourself, not just directing others
The ability to thrive in fast-moving environments where product, market, and messaging evolve quickly
Interest in modern frontend development and AI-driven workflows, with the ability to translate technical detail into business value
