Responsibilities

Conduct preflight checks on all incoming client files to identify and fix potential issues related to fonts, resolution, file size, and color mode

Prepare digital files for optimum proofing and production results

Manage color profiles and perform color correction to ensure consistency across all projects

Collaborate with the design, customer service, and press operator teams to communicate file issues and project updates

Create proofs (digital and/or physical) for client approval

Manage a high volume of print-ready files in a timely and efficient manner

Maintain an organized file structure and archive system for all project files

Stay current with the latest prepress and printing technology and workflows
