Responsibilities
Make daily outbound connections via calls, emails, texts, and LinkedIn
Start real conversations and uncover business needs
Book qualified meetings and build a strong sales pipeline
Follow up creatively and persistently to drive engagement
Partner with Sales and RSR teams to exceed monthly goals
Share ideas to improve outreach, messaging, and the customer experience
Qualification
Required
Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to win
Confident communicator with strong listening and writing skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-through
Curious, coachable, and hungry to grow
Comfortable hearing 'no' and pushing forward anyway
Preferred
Prior SDR or outbound sales experience is a plus—not a requirement
CRM experience preferred, but we'll train the right person
