Responsibilities
Interpret engineering, geological, hydrogeological, and chemical data from contaminated sites to evaluate and design remediation systems
Direct and implement soil, groundwater, sediment, air, and soil vapor sample collection programs
Manage projects, including technical data review, proposal preparation, and staff mentoring
Oversee Health & Safety preparation, scheduling, and resource coordination
Ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and client invoicing per company standards
Utilize new technologies to improve efficiency, quality, and achieve project objectives, including electronic field data collection, management, and reporting
Coordinate quality control for data collection, perform data analysis, and prepare client-ready reports for review
Assist in creating proposals and cost estimates, along with marketing activities
Support the development of junior staff and collaborate with senior management for growth as a consultant and leader
Qualification
Required
Candidates should have a relevant degree
10+ years of consulting experience
Knowledge of NJDEP regulations
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field
Strong understanding of the NJDEP's Contaminated Site Remediation & Redevelopment program rules, regulations, and guidance
Strong project management skills
Experience managing field personnel and subcontractors
Ability to support the technical growth of project/staff level professionals based on direct hands-on interactions
Preferred
Professional certification(s) preferred (PG/CPG /LSRP)
