Bookkeeper / Office Manager (28803)
Dahl Consulting is seeking a Bookkeeper and Office Manager responsible for managing the financial operations of the organization and providing comprehensive office management support. This role includes bookkeeping, accounting, payroll administration, and vendor communications.
Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoice payments in a timely manner
Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks
Track revenue and expenses
Enter and categorize donor contributions in CRM (Salesforce)
Prepare and mail monthly and year-end donation receipts
Support annual audit processes
Collaborate with external accounting consultants and board Treasurer to ensure best practices
Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting
Provide financial reports as needed
Deposit cash and checks weekly
Reconcile all accounts monthly
Serve as main contact for HR services company
Submit bi-weekly payroll reports
Track sick time and vacation requests
Assist with onboarding and maintain employee files
Ensure compliance with employee handbook and HR policies
Manage room reservations and calendars
Communicate with vendors and negotiate contracts
Maintain vendor contracts and track renewal dates
Oversee building access and rental agreements
Handle facility maintenance needs
Document and update office management procedures
Qualification
Required
3+ years of accounting and office management
Good organizational Skills and attention to detail
Must be comfortable working in a religious type organization
