Open Sky Community Services supports adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities, and they are seeking a DDS Program Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of their program. The role involves ensuring optimum program coverage, developing and monitoring procedures for health and safety, and coordinating activities and service plans for individuals served.

Responsibilities

Provide goal-oriented supervision to Counselors

Facilitate weekly staff meeting, participate in supervision, team, and other assigned meetings

Manage program budget

Develop and monitor the implementation of all procedures that ensure the health, safety, and well being of individuals served

Assist people to access, and/or provide, all needed transportation

Qualification

Required

Associate's Degree or higher in Human Services or Social Services related field, or equivalent required

Experience working with adults with disabilities, required

Supervisory experience, required
