Manager of Sales

Renew Wellness Brands is focused on providing wellness products through ecommerce. The Manager of Sales is responsible for leading the sales team, maintaining customer relationships, and overseeing the management of a CRM to enhance the sales process.

Retail

Responsibilities

Leads and coordinates daily outreach efforts to ensure the sales team is aligned with company goals and objectives
Provides guidance and support to team members to achieve their individual and collective targets
Fosters and maintains strong relationships with existing customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty
Addresses and resolves any issues or concerns promptly to enhance customer retention
Oversees the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and integration
Oversees daily fulfillment operation, organizing orders, prioritizing fulfillment and troubleshooting pending issues
Provides necessary training and resources to new customers to maximize their experience with our products/services
Develops and updates a comprehensive weekly call list to ensure timely follow-up with current and potential customers
Reviews CRM data regularly to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on leads, prospects, and opportunities

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
8+ years of experience in a sales role and/or leading a sales team

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Health Sciences or other related field
10+ years of sales experience and/or leading a sales team
