PHG Advisory is seeking a driven, high-energy Buy-Side Advisor / Origination Associate to help source acquisition opportunities for some of the most active private equity firms in the country. This role is critical to driving proprietary deal flow from start to finish and involves building long-term relationships with business owners.

Responsibilities

Source proprietary acquisition opportunities for private equity buyers

Conduct high-volume cold outreach via phone calls, email, text, LinkedIn, and other creative methods

Educate owners on the private equity process and identify potential partnership opportunities

Manage and maintain a robust pipeline using Salesforce

Build, manage, and nurture long-term owner relationships (some spanning multiple years)

Work directly with top-tier private equity & family-office clients and internal deal teams

Maintain strong organization and consistent follow-up in a fast-moving environment

Own your outreach strategy - no scripts; creativity encouraged (guidance & help at every turn)
