In this role, you will address day-to-day policy issues, process removal requests, and contribute to improving internal and external educational materials while working within a team to enhance operational quality.

Responsibilities

Process removal requests efficiently and accurately, including Privacy issues, Defamation issues, court orders, law enforcement requests and requests from government agencies

Respond to internal and external customer inquiries regarding YouTube's legal removals processes

Work within a team to identify and improve processes, operational quality and scalability

Assist in developing internal and external educational materials, and in designing new workflows to support the strategic directions of the business

Review graphic, controversial and sometimes offensive video content

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Experience in content moderation, law, policy, operations or related fields

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment
