Valley Bank is offering a unique 9-week internship program for students interested in the banking industry. As an intern in the Talent Development & Enterprise Learning team, you will support learning programs, conduct research, and gain practical experience in the human resources sector.

Responsibilities

Support learning programs: Help with the planning, coordination, and execution of training sessions and workshops

Conduct external research: Research best practices and emerging trends in talent development

Develop talent development expertise: Gain knowledge and skills in creating and implementing talent development strategies

Prepare materials and support in the classroom as needed: Assist instructional design team in creating educational materials and provide support in the classroom (as applicable)

Course Management: Help with uploading and managing online course content within the LMS. Provide reporting

Complete special Department Projects as assigned

Update training records via the LMS

Set up training programs via the LMS

Test online modules in LMS, provide feedback and potential solutions for any issues that may arise

Assist in the classroom (via Zoom) to gain valuable experience (time permitting)
