Vice President of Retail Operations
SRV HR is seeking a dynamic and experienced VP of Retail Operations to lead retail locations in St. Louis, MO. This role is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
Lead and develop the retail team, ensuring comprehensive and timely training for all employees
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including scheduling and performance standards
Manage inventory and purchasing activities, maintaining accurate records from receipt to sale
Ensure compliance with company standards and operational protocols
Drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, serving as a key point of contact for staff and customers
Manage and maintain store records to ensure accuracy and organization
Oversee purchases and transactions with customers and vendors, ensuring smooth and efficient processes
Lead and supervise all retail staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Train, coach, and mentor team members across all departments to drive performance and growth
Handle daily operations and sales activities, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence
Implement and uphold company policies and standards, maintaining consistency across the store
Conduct regular operational audits to ensure adherence to company procedures and best practices
Manage inventory levels and purchasing, ensuring products are stocked appropriately and accurately tracked
Perform regular physical inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies promptly
Identify and resolve operational issues, implementing solutions to prevent recurrence
Ensure all products are stored and handled according to company standards for quality and safety
Perform other duties as assigned to support overall store success
Qualification
Required
4+ years of retail customer service experience, demonstrating strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
3+ years of personnel management experience, including team leadership and performance development
3+ years of inventory management experience, with a proven ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency
3+ years of experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and transaction management
High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
Reliable transportation to and from the work location
Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
