Home Care Marketer, CHHA (Bilingual)
Personal Touch Home Care is a leading national home care agency with over 50 years of dedicated service. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Home Care Marketer with a strong network in the healthcare industry to develop marketing strategies and foster relationships with referral sources.

Responsibilities
Represent the agency at all sponsored and registered community networking events
Must provide strategic marketing plan with effectiveness reporting weekly - manage calendar and track efforts for performance reviews. (Note: Business contacts and referral sources are proprietary and will not be shared)
Willingness to maintain ongoing relationships with established LHCSAs, IRAs, and other business-to-business opportunities
Identify and cultivate opportunities to transition eligible clients from B2B services to CHHA for skilled nursing, therapy, and other medical services
Educate caregivers, coordinators, and families about CHHA services, eligibility requirements, and benefits
Build strong relationships with B2B staff to encourage timely and appropriate referrals
Act as a liaison between B2B teams to ensure smooth handoffs and positive patient experiences
Professional attire is required; jeans and sneakers are not permitted
Qualification
Required
MUST have at least 2+ years of recruiting and marketing experience in the healthcare or home care industry
MUST be bilingual in one of the following: Chinese, Spanish, Russian, Hebrew
Must be a high school graduate
Minimum of 2 years of marketing, business development, or referral coordination experience in home health, home care, or healthcare services
Knowledge of LHCSA and CHHA operations, services, and eligibility requirements
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and networking abilities
Strong organizational and follow-up skills to ensure successful patient transitions
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and departments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the service area as needed
Preferred
College experience is preferred
Candidates with prior hands-on experience as a Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional (DSP), Community Habilitation staff (IRA), Early Intervention provider, or within DOE/District 75 settings are highly encouraged to apply
