Responsibilities

Perform commercial HVAC service, troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance
Diagnose and repair rooftop units, split systems, heat pumps, and gas/electric systems
Handle service calls independently and collaborate with project managers on larger jobs
Read and interpret wiring diagrams, mechanical plans, and control schematics
Work with low-voltage electrical systems and basic control interfaces
Interface directly with customers and represent the company at the highest level
Support work around Building Automation Systems and integration points
Help set the tone, standards, and service quality for a growing Houston presence

Required

5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Ability to manage work from start to finish without hand-holding
Confident, professional, and customer-focused communication style
Experience reading wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings
Hands-on experience with low-voltage systems
EPA Certification (required)
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Preferred

BAS exposure or controls experience is a strong plus
