Responsibilities

Coordinates and performs those duties necessary to manage and organize the nursing unit including reception and secretarial duties
Accountability for accurate communication among the health care team
Responsible for maintaining regulatory standards involving the medical record
Perform other duties and responsibilities as delegated by the Nurse Manager/Assistant Nurse Manager
Responsible for those competencies needed to perform duties in a specific clinical (patient care) setting

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Strong computer skills
Ability to multitask and demonstrated ability to prioritize work
Competence in computer/order entry

Preferred

Previous Administrative Support Associate experience preferred
