Valley Bank is offering a unique and challenging 9-week internship program for students interested in the banking industry. The Intern - Property Management will assist Facilities Managers with commercial and retail operations, renovation projects, and participate in sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities

Assist with the development of facilities operations guidebook

Assist with the role-out of the Sustainability project with Workplace Solutions intern and facilities teams

Experience Facility Manager role and how we support the commercial and retail facilities

Experience Property Management and a renovation project process

Participate with our new headquarters relocation -- specific duties to be clarified depending on opening timeline of HQ

Required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Problem solving skills

High School Diploma or GED and enrollment in a 2 or 4 year degree program

Preferred

An enrollment in a 4-year college or university, with a concentration in Business or Computer Science preferred
