Responsibilities

Manage U.S. cyclical enrollment processes, including reporting, launches, and employee communications
Oversee benefits package rollouts and renewals, ideally with global exposure
Act as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders, communicating clearly and building strong relationships
Provide recommendations on benefits practices and governance, ensuring standards are implemented and maintained
Handle complex queries while meeting deadlines and managing day-to-day priorities effectively
Support strategic initiatives with project tracking and coordination
Ensure compliance and accuracy across multi-transactional processes, including documentation and forms, delivering on time every time
