Responsibilities

Install, setup, and commission water purification equipment including water softeners, filtration, reverse osmosis (RO), deionization (DI), and critical water distribution systems
Interact professionally with clients and Chem-Aqua representatives to address concerns, provide technical advice, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the commissioning process
Perform testing, validation, and calibration of equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements
Provide training on the proper operation and maintenance of water purification systems
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to water purification systems to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation
Provide ongoing support and preventive maintenance services to ensure optimal performance and longevity of installed equipment
Adhere to strict health and safety protocols and practices while working on-site, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of critical water purification systems
In-depth understanding of water purification systems, including Water Softeners, Filtration, Reverse Osmosis (RO), and Deionization (DI) systems
Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues related to water treatment equipment and systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with healthcare staff, facility management, and equipment manufacturers
Excellent problem-solving abilities to address and resolve issues efficiently and effectively
Proficiency in using tools and equipment related to system installation, maintenance, and repair, including pressure gauges, multi-meters, and calibration tools
Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting heavy equipment, working in confined spaces, and standing for extended periods
Must have good depth perception and ability to distinguish different colors
Must have hearing sufficient to hear verbal and audible signals at a moderate distance
Strong customer service skills to effectively manage client relationships, address concerns, and provide training and support to facility staff as needed

Preferred

Additional technical certification or degree in engineering, water treatment, or a related field
