C.H. Guenther is looking for a Corporate Project Engineer to join their Corporate Capital Projects team. The role involves supporting project delivery through performance tracking, cost analysis, and vendor management, under the guidance of the Regional Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities

Assist the Regional Engineering Manager with project initiation, planning, and execution
Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless project delivery
Partner with Finance to monitor Capital Project status, budgets, purchase orders, and closeouts
Process and coordinate payment forms with Accounts Payable
Work with the Legal Department to develop and execute vendor or contractor contracts
Manage vendor and contractor onboarding in the Supplier System database, ensuring all GMP and Safety documentation is submitted
Track and analyze project performance, expenditures, and procurement activities, identifying risks or variances
Support the definition of project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility and stakeholder engagement
Maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Support multi-year capital planning activities
Prepare regular reports and escalate issues to management as needed
Perform other related duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to develop detailed planning documents and long-range project schedules
Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Effective verbal and written communication and facilitation skills
Familiarity with project management methodologies, cost control, and scope verification
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and under pressure
Strong client-facing and internal communication skills
Up to 60% travel required

Preferred

0–3 years of experience in Capital Project Engineering Coordination preferred
