Business Development Representative - must live in PST or MST
AutoFi is the leading provider of digital commerce technology in the automotive industry, aiming to enhance sales and finance experiences. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating new sales leads, strategizing with sales leaders, and scheduling demos for Outside Sales partners.

Responsibilities
Generate new sales leads through calls to qualify prospects
Strategize with sales leaders to design target and call plan of action
Perform 60+ outbound calls day
Research 70 prospective decision maker leads a week
Schedule 13 qualified demos/appointments for Outside Sales partners
Partner with Sales Directors to gain sales techniques, learn best practices, and grow your career
Consistently meet or exceed targets on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
Manage, track, and report all activities in Salesforce
Qualification
Required
Must live in PST or MST time zone, able to commit to 9:00 am to 5:00 pm schedule, Monday - Friday
Confident, conversational, persistent, curious
Prior Success in Business Development sales - Automotive Dealership or Automotive SaaS company BDR/BDC experience is required
Must enjoy working with a team and collaborating on success together
Ability to follow policies, processes, and procedures
Must be organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
