People Experience Lead

Responsibilities

Own and evolve ERG and affinity-based program strategy and systems that strengthen belonging, representation, and connection across Chime
Partner with ERG leaders to plan and execute initiatives, campaigns, and celebrations that highlight identity, culture, and shared values
Manage and support cultural heritage months, affinity days, and other key moments of identity-based celebration
Collaborate across the People team—including Comms, Analytics, and PX peers—to increase engagement and consistency in cultural programming
Use AI and automation tools to streamline operations, create toolkits, and scale impact efficiently
Develop resources and rituals that support ERG onboarding, enablement, and event execution
Collect and act on feedback to continuously evolve programming and measure impact
Contribute to broader PX initiatives, such as onboarding, recognition, storytelling, events, or swag moments

Required

Proven experience managing ERG programming, or leading inclusive, identity-based employee experiences
Broad knowledge of inclusion, diversity, and employee engagement trends, plus change management best practices
Strong project management and organizational skills
Comfort using AI, templates, and scalable tools to reduce overhead and improve quality
Creative and innovative thinking
Eye for inclusion, cultural nuance, and values alignment
Collaborative approach with cross-functional partners
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Curiosity, care, and creativity
