Scheduling patients, confirming appointments, collecting payments, providing a WOW experience for our patients
Completing treatment consents, coordinating patient treatment with other providers
Answering heavy phone volume, emails, and text messages
Regular clerical duties: scanning, filing, organizing
Help to facilitate/coordinate other office responsibilities as needed
Qualification
Required
Must live within 25 miles of the office
Passionate about customer service
Previous hospitality experience
Team player
Solution-oriented
Great written and verbal communication
Interpersonal and organizational skills
Great attitude and strong work ethic
A high school diploma
Preferred
Dental experience is not required, but it is preferred
