Develop solutions to unique or complex problems which have important effects on major programs

Join a senior staff engaged in design and analysis activities related to rocket engine turbomachinery

Report status and document results of analyses performed

Qualification

Rotordynamics analysisAerospace turbomachineryHigh frequency data analysisClassical modeling approachesB.S.Graduate degree

Required

9+ years of rotordynamics experience (B.S. or graduate degree count towards years of experience) in support of aerospace turbomachinery development and production programs

Performing rotordynamics analysis in addition to review of turbomachinery high frequency data

Advanced knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts, plus an extended knowledge of principles and practices in closely related disciplines

Experience with performing rotordynamic analyses utilizing classical approaches and modeling

Experience conducting rotordynamic analyses in support of turbomachinery development and production related issues

Related B.S. or graduate degree

Preferred

Familiarity with correlating analyses and high frequency dynamic data desired
