The Odell Campus Influencer will conduct promotions, distribute merchandise, and assist with events while ensuring compliance with company policies and local laws.

Responsibilities
Conduct promotions at assigned locations to include sampling Odell products, handing out merchandise, and promoting the taproom and featured beer and wine products
May assist with events
May merchandise products in off-premise locations
Upon completion of promotion, upload a recap of the event with photos and data to sales portal
Work with Marketing and Sales to determine best use of point of sale and visual assets to attract customers to Odell products
Promote Beer Club enrollment
Comply with and remain knowledgeable on company policies and procedures, ensuring that all activities are conducted in a safe manner and in compliance with local, state and federal laws
Qualification
Required
Charismatic energy to engage customers
TIPS trained required within 1 month of hire
Valid driver's license
Clean driving record – no DUI's
Must be 21 years of age
Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication to ensure clear and concise communication
Self-motivated and ability to complete tasks with limited direction and supervision
