Administrative Assistant II - Disciplemakers for Life

They are seeking an Administrative Assistant II to provide professional administrative support to the Western and Central Divisions of Disciplemakers for Life, including duties such as inbox management, scheduling meetings, and document preparation.

Responsibilities

Support Division Directors
Sit on the D4L Operations Team in a secondary administrative capacity
Inbox management
Schedule meetings and travel
Meeting agendas and notetaking
Document preparation
Maintenance of systems as they directly relate to the Divisions
Attend regular meetings
Any other duties as assigned by Division Director(s)
Participate in Navigators’ on-site learning and development events, Cultural Development and Diversity trainings, or other non-Navigator developmental events as appropriate
Participate in annual processes, such as the organizational Plan and Progress Review (PPR), Engagement Survey, Reaffirmation of the Navigators Code of Conduct, Calling-Core Values-Vision, Statement of Faith, Driver’s Authorization, and other releases as required
Submit time worked on a weekly basis through the Workday Time Tracking system
Submit expense reports, due the 15th of each month
Other job-related duties as assigned

Required

Belief in and adherence to the Statement of Faith and Mission of The Navigators
Strong organization and time management skills with an emphasis on customer service
At least 1 years of experience as an administrative professional
Microsoft Office
Willingness to learn new software
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including verbal & written, to create understanding and build strong working relationships
Associate's degree required

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred
