Responsibilities
Write, develop, and implement global programs
Lead 8 direct reports and a large dotted-line EHS network embedded at plants
Mentor, influence, and build trust quickly across corporate and site leadership by being collaborative, direct, and accountable
Perform training, audits, and compliance checks when necessary
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 8 years of EHS leadership experience in a manufacturing setting
Deep experience in industrial/manufacturing environments (HVAC-adjacent, automotive, or similar), with exposure to heavy equipment, welding/brazing, LOTO, and multi-site operations
Track record of strong safety results, stable career progression
Clear, concise communicator with high standards and personal accountability
Preferred
B.S. in a related field preferred
