The Ticket Office Supervisor will oversee the ticket staff, manage daily schedules, train cashiers, and assist with cash handling and reporting responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Supervises the ticket staff on a daily basis
Tasks include making daily work schedules, assisting the ticket cashiers when needed, providing backup as necessary
Trains cashiers on proper opening and closing procedures
Assists in the daily balancing of all ticket windows as well as assists in the daily reporting of cash receipts
Organizes nightly bank drops

Required

High school graduate or equivalent
One year of cash handling and/or supervision of ticket cashiers
Prior knowledge of ticketing systems
