Responsibilities

Policy and Procedure Development
340B Auditing functions and program coordination
Work with managers/PIC to help oversee HCE inventory
Pharmacy Quality
Education
Audits
Program Enhancement/Optimization
Reporting
Purchasing/Inventory Duties
Split-Billing or Third –Party Administrator Duties
Act as a Pharmacy Technician as needed
Demonstrates respect and regard for the dignity of all patients, families, visitors, and fellow employees to ensure a professional, responsible, and courteous environment
Promotes effective working relations and works effectively as part of a department/unit team inter and intra-departmentally to facilitate the department’s/unit’s ability to meet its goals and objectives
Schedule and manage all technician and clerical staff
Ability to carry out all other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Management or related field preferred. Equivalent relevant experience may substitute for degree
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a group practice, outpatient/inpatient or health plan setting
Strong knowledge of clinic, pharmacy operations, pharmacy, quality assurance and quality improvement processes
Must be able to research data, possess analytical skills, and collate information in an understandable, organized and logical format
Pharmacy Technician License
Valid Driver's License with proof of insurance
Detail oriented
Ability to use clerical and numerical skills in preparing documents from raw data
Ability to create, monitor, and maintain data reports from Pharmacy and EHR Systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
Skill in teamwork dynamics, both as a member and leader
Skill in carrying out detailed work plans
Familiar with 340B Program

Preferred

Electronic Pharmacy and Medical Health Record systems experience preferred
