Provide leadership, direction, and oversight for ESLI operations and deliverables
Manage schedule, scope, and performance across all technical areas
Conduct quarterly Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) briefings and progress reviews
Coordinate transition plans, quality control, and risk management
Ensure full compliance with DFAS, DoD, and cybersecurity standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or Business Administration (Master's preferred)
PMP and ITIL certifications required
10+ years of DoD IT program management experience
Top Secret/SCI clearance required
