New GradBowman Consulting is seeking a SkillBridge Fellow in Water/Wastewater to join their team in Williamsburg, VA. This fellowship aims to provide transitioning service members with hands-on experience in drafting, design reviews, and preparation of project documents related to water and wastewater infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities
Perform work under direct supervision of an experienced professional and follow established procedures and clearly defined processes
Seek feedback and guidance to ensure consistent growth and quality results
Collaborate with peers and multiple departments across the organization to support ongoing initiatives
Participate fully in Skill Bridge learning and development activities designed to enhance technical, professional, and leadership competencies
Uphold company standards and values in all interactions with internal teams, clients, and external partners
Assist project teams with a variety of tasks related to the Fellow’s assigned department or discipline
Apply problem-solving skills and initiative to support project goals and deliverables
Conduct research, prepare reports or documentation, and contribute to team meetings and planning efforts
Take ownership of learning new systems, processes, and tools necessary for success in the civilian workplace
Qualification
Required
Active-duty service member, approved for DoD Skill Bridge participation
Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) or equivalent military training/experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
