Responsibilities

Owns and leads large defense program portfolios end-to-end

Coordinates engineers, contractors, government stakeholders, and internal teams

Manages cost justifications, budgets, schedules, and resources to meet program objectives Identifies and mitigates technical, cost, and schedule risks

Ensures programs align with DOD, DLA, DCMA, and Tier 1 compliance

Navigates defense acquisition processes and compliance requirements

Required

SAM's and DIBBS experience

Experience leading aerospace or defense programs

Strong program management methodology knowledge

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to balance strategic oversight with detailed execution

Bachelor's degree in related field

Preferred

Defense contract and acquisition experience

Technical or engineering background

Experience working with government customers

Familiarity with large-scale, multi-year defense programs
