Business Development- High Temperature

Alleima USA LLC is looking for a Business Development - High Temperature. The role involves developing and executing strategic account plans, managing assigned accounts, and providing technical support to customers while collaborating globally with the sales organization.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic account plans, including securing customer market information, usage, and forecast data
Identify, quantify, and prioritize volume, revenue, and profitability opportunities across existing and new customers, applications, and markets
Manage assigned accounts through regular business reviews, promoting Alleima solutions while providing commercial and technical support
Track, analyze, and report monthly sales performance, opportunity pipelines, and market development activities
Monitor and act on new technology and industry trend shifts in the market. Identify and document opportunities that require portfolio development
Provide technical support to customers by combining Application Development along with R&D teams across Alleima to deliver innovative, value-added solutions
Collaborate globally with the sales organization to align on key opportunities, customer strategies, and market trends

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Engineering or related field or relevant work experience
Minimum five years of experience in account management and/or business development with proven success
Experience from the Energy and/or Industrial sector a plus
Must be able to travel up to 70%
