Responsibilities

Develops and delivers social media and influencer marketing strategies that support channel growth, fan engagement and deliver upon traffic and commercial goals
Serves as organizational lead in social media and influencer marketing; provides regular updates on social trends, best practices and recommendations based on current state and future predictions
Partners across functional areas and creative teams to advocate for social-first content and approaches for integrated campaigns and events
Evaluates, optimizes and refines social and influencer tools/platforms, always looking for opportunities to scale and share across brands and regions
Establishes a clear reporting and insights framework to share performance and recommend evolutions based on lessons learned from previous activations
Develops social and influencer strategies as components of larger integrated campaigns and initiatives
Manages external influencer/content creator partnerships, while working across internal creative and licensing teams to align across talent teams
Manages agencies and consultants, as needed, to strategize, concept, plan and/or execute programs or program components

Required

7-9 years social and influencer marketing experience, preferably for a well-known consumer brand
BS in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing or equivalent experience
Expert knowledge and hands-on experience building and delivering social and influencer marketing strategy for a global brand
Skilled storyteller with a strong understanding of how social and influencer strategies lead and/or enhance full funnel marketing programs
Passion for the culture of social media and influencer marketing, as well as deep interest in pop culture including music, tv/film, sports and entertainment
Is and remains up to date on social media, influencer and broader marketing trends and best practices
Strong communication skills, written and verbal. Can present strategy and plans catered to various audiences of both internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team, as well as lead cross-functionally through influence
Proven ability to drive iterative change and evolution through an ongoing test-and-learn agenda
Interest and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where change is constant and evolution a part of our core DNA
