Responsibilities
The successful candidate will build relationships with current key customers and develop business with new surgeons across the territory
Educate and support surgeons and their staff on Arthrex Spine products
Daily logistics support to ensure correct equipment is available for surgery
Daily surgery attendance to offer verbal operating room technical support
Monthly medical education support often after standard business hours or on weekends
Implement sales strategy for local Arthrex Spine business in consultation with Local and Regional Spine leadership team
Attend industry tradeshow meetings and internal company meetings at Arthrex headquarters in Naples, FL
Qualification
Required
2+ years documented successful sales experience
Bachelor's degree
Excellent listening, communication and presentation skills
Willing to work with cadaveric specimens during medical education training
Preferred
Knowledge of surgical orthopedics, arthroscopy, and spine
