Responsibilities
Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency, organization, and exceptional patient experience
Manage scheduling, staffing, workflows, and clinic coverage
Serve as the primary point of contact between providers, front desk, and ownership
Implement and maintain SOPs across front desk, clinical flow, and inventory
Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
Lead with accountability while fostering a positive, professional culture
Conduct regular team check-ins and support productivity goals
Support growth initiatives including memberships, packages, and promotions
Track KPIs including sales performance, rebooking, utilization, and revenue
Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion
Ensure consult processes and follow-up protocols are being executed consistently
Ensure a high-touch, professional patient journey from first contact through follow-up
Handle escalated patient concerns with professionalism and discretion
Maintain a welcoming, organized, and polished clinic environment
Oversee inventory management and ordering
Assist with reporting, metrics tracking, and operational audits
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
Previous experience as a Med Spa Manager, Practice Manager, or Spa Manager (medical aesthetics strongly preferred)
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Proven ability to support business growth and operational improvements
Comfortable managing KPIs, goals, and team accountability
Professional, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
Preferred
Experience with EMR/CRM systems and scheduling platforms
