Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert is partnered with a leading firm seeking a Senior Project Manager/Senior Accounting Consultant for an urgent Accounts Payable catch-up and clean-up project in PeopleSoft. You will lead and drive the Accounts Payable clean-up initiative, ensuring the successful cleansing of Vendor Master records and reduction of invoice backlog in advance of a Workday migration.

Responsibilities

Oversee and execute Accounts Payable clean-up in PeopleSoft

Lead and motivate project teams in an enterprise environment

Present and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs)

Interface with C-Suite and report progress to management

Ensure project milestones and timelines are met

Qualification

PeopleSoft experienceAccounts Payable clean-upTeam managementCommunication skillsExecutive stakeholder engagement

Required

Extensive PeopleSoft experience, especially with AP clean-up projects

Proven track record managing teams in large enterprise environments

Strong communication skills and ability to work with executive stakeholders

Availability to work on-site in Silver Spring, MD (Tues–Thurs)

Ability to start onboarding immediately and begin work January 5th
