Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Forecasting – Collaborates with Marketing, Accounting, and Finance to assess the financial impact of new value-added offers tracked in fulfillment and ensures alignment with forecasts and budgets
Data Governance & Accuracy – Maintains reliable data flow between systems, vendors, and customer-facing platforms to ensure compliance and operational excellence
Audit & Compliance Management – Reviews vendor data exchanges for adherence to internal standards and conducts audits to identify anomalies impacting customers
Performance Reporting & Insights – Generates weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to track fulfillment operations and inform business decisions
Metrics Definition & Measurement – Defines success criteria for new offers and establishes processes to monitor, track, and measure performance against those metrics
Process Design & Scalability – Develops repeatable, scalable processes to accelerate delivery and improve operational efficiency
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary

Qualification
Required
MS Excel and PowerBI
Structured Query Language (SQL)
Data Analysis
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented and excellent time management skills to stay on track with deliverables
Bachelor's Degree
5-7 Years of Relevant Work Experience
