Milwaukee Brewers is seeking an Intern for their Ticket Sales department to provide support with various operational duties and customer service during game days. The role involves assisting with ticket sales, event setups, and administrative tasks to enhance the overall ticket sales experience.

Responsibilities

Assist sales staff with the setup and execution of special events such as the Amateur Baseball Program, Theme Night Distribution, Concert wrist banding, and Season Seat Member Experiences

Fulfill ticket orders using Pro Venue ticketing platform

Monitor and update group sales inventory database for All-Inclusive Areas and Suites on a regular basis

Facilitate pregame custom tailgates on game days by greeting and escorting early entry vehicles to their custom tailgate spaces and troubleshooting any issues

Act as a customer service representative in group sales All-Inclusive areas on game days ensuring spaces are properly set up as well as obtaining any feedback throughout the game and working with Ticket Sales staff to resolve issues or fulfill requests

Provide other administrative support for the Ticket Sales Department

Qualification

Customer serviceData organizationPro Venue ticketingDiverse background relationsEffective communication

Required

1 or more years of experience in customer service

Ability to organize and analyze data

Ability to communicate effectively and relate well with individuals of diverse backgrounds

Valid driver's license

MBBC satisfactory driving record
